HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING AND SEND A DEPOSIT
Once you have sent the all your personal details asked by our booking system and
dealt the cost and the tours ,you have to send a deposit as soon as possible .
We recommend send the deposit by western union because is a fast way and easy to
control for us . The deposit must be the 75% of the total price, you can send
a personal deposit or in couples or group of friends . Send the deposit

Once you have sent the deposit le us know the transfer number (MTCN) we are
going to check if has arrived and then we are going to book your spaces. In case
of the inka trail book it at the government office (I.N.C.).
If you have the ISIC international student card you have send us a scan copy to
grant you a discount.

If for personal reasons the client cancels the tour and if have paid 100 %
we only can return the ticket that we have bought for the tour .
In case the payment has not been completed we can not refund any money because
it generates expenses and inconvenience to the company. |
