Policies for Reserve Inca Trail
Reservations will be subject to the daily capacity emitted by the UGM (500 people, including guides, porters, helpers and visitors), therefore we recommend you to reserve your place far in advance.

To reserve this service we must be governed to the availability of spaces that appears in the official Web of the Office that administers the Inka Trail.

1. For make a reserve for the Inca Trail you need:

A. Send by e-mail (or fill out our reserves form):
full name
number of passport
nationality and age

B. A deposit via Western Union of 50% of the total price to the name of Herna Liz Arenas Escalante with document number 24947134. The other 50% pay in the office when you arrive to Cusco.

C. Send an e-mail with the number of the deposit for your reconfirmation of your reserve.

D. If maybe someone of the travelers has some especial medication must bring with him self that medication.

E. If someone suffers of problems like asthma or with the bronchi you must consult with your doctor if you can do the Inca Trail and also you must sign a document in favor of the company.

F. Once you make the reserve with the exact data, at the same time you’ll have to send the money.

G. About the cancellations of your reserve, the company does not become responsible of the cancellation of your tour. We don’t do any return of money.

H. For have the discount of student the traveler must have the ISIC International Student Card valid to2008or more, and have to scan to our e mail.

NOTE: If for any reason you organize a NEW PASSPORT after we have purchased your permits, you must bring with you, the old passport otherwise, 2 very clear copies of the old passport along with your new passport on the trail. If not the control will refuse your entrance fee.

2. The price is :
$395 / $365 students; (per person): INKA TRAIL 4D/3N
$285 / $265 students; (per person): INKA TRAIL 2D/1N

In this price is including ½ porter extra for the traveler ( 7.5 kilo ) and the company will provide a daffo for your personal stuff and you only will take a day pack.

3. The reserved services will be always offered by Liz’s Explorer.

4. The cancellation of the trip by natural disasters, the travel agency will not become responsible but gone to try to solve in favor of the traveler.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING AND SEND A DEPOSIT

Once you have sent the all your personal details asked by our booking system and dealt the cost and the tours ,you have to send a deposit as soon as possible .

We recommend send the deposit by western union because is a fast way and easy to control for us .

The deposit must be the 75% of the total price, you can send a personal deposit or in couples or group of friends .

Once you have sent the deposit le us know the transfer number (MTCN) we are going to check if has arrived and then we are going to book your spaces. In case of the inka trail book it at the government office (I.N.C.).

If you have the ISIC international student card you have send us a scan copy to grant you a discount.

POLITICS OF CANCELLATION
If for personal reasons the client cancels the tour and if have paid 100 % we only can return the ticket that we have bought for the tour .

In case the payment has not been completed we can not refund any money because it generates expenses and inconvenience to the company.
